Design-Glasgewebe Silber   Mit dem hochglänzend alufarbenen Design-Glasgewebe können Oberflächen mit einer exquisiten, ausgefallenen Optik hergestellt werden. Besonders geeignet für flächig und sphärisch geformte Bauteile wie Skier, Snowboards, Autoteile (Motorhauben, Luftfilterdeckel etc.), Möbel (Tischplatten), Schutzhelme, Fahrradbauteile (Rahmen) und Ähnliches. Design-Glasgewebe ist ein auf Glas basierendes Gewebe, das beidseitig metallisiert ist. Durch diese spezielle Veredelung erhalten Bauteile eine stark metallisch glänzende Oberfläche. Nach dem Tränken mit Epoxyd- oder Polyesterharzen wird eine brillante Tiefenwirkung erzielt. Design-Glasgewebe ist bei R&G als Trockengewebe erhältlich. Es ist aufgrund der metallisierten Oberfläche relativ schiebefest und läßt sich sehr exakt zuschneiden.     Design-Glass fabric silver   Design-Glass fabric is a high-gloss aluminium-coloured fabric that can provide surfaces with an exquisite and unusual visual appeal. Ideal for flat and spheric components like skis, snowboards, car parts (engine cowlings, air filter covers, etc.), and furniture (tabletops), semi-monocoques for safety helmets and bicycle parts (frames) etc.. Design-Glass fabric is a glass-based fabric metallised on both sides. This special finish provides components with surfaces of a highly metallic lustre. A high-gloss depth of effect is obtained when the fabric is impregnated with epoxy or polyester resins. Design-Glass fabric is available as a dry fabric from R&G and can be cut to size with great precision. Schrumpfband transparent   Das transparente Schrumpfband ist sehr gut für die Herstellung von Rohren geeignet. Es wird um ein noch nasses Laminat gewickelt und mit einem Heißluftfön aufgeschrumpft. Dabei wird das überschüssige Harz herausgepresst, die Oberfläche ist anschießend hochglänzend. Das Schrumpfband wird aus USA importiert und ist in Deutschland nur bei R&G erhältlich.     transparent heat-shrinkable tape   The transparent heat-shrinkable tape is ideal for manufacturing pipes. The transparent heat-shrinkable tape is wrapped around the laminate when still wet and shrunk on with a hot-air blower. Excess resin is pressed out and the resulting surface is high-gloss. Aramidgewebe 158 g/m² unidirektional   Aramidgewebe 158 g/m² unidirektional wird für Laminate im Flugzeugbau, Modellbau, Motorsport angewendet. Es ist geeignet für Bauteile, bei denen Zugfestigkeit und Biegesteifigkeit in eine Vorzugsrichtung gefordert werden (Holme, Holmgurte).
