Retrievals
If a consignment is to be collected, please notify our sales department by telephone or in writing (e-mail/fax). We will then instruct the parcel service to collect the consignment from you. If you return the goods yourself, please send them back to us carriage paid. Return postage will be refunded if the complaint is justified.
