EP-Gelcoat colourless NOVA+ Hardener S (15 min)

• New, optimized formula for the EP Gelcoat*
• Transparent top coats in layer thicknesses up to 0.2 mm
• Can be dyed with colour pastes
• Thixotropic (non-drip)
• Manufactured under vacuum, so optimally free of air bubbles and homogeneous
• No permanent resistance to UV light (yellowing does occur), it therefore should be protected, where appropriate, against UV radiation with an additional coating (clear coat or opaque paint)

This colourless, non-drip formulated gelcoat can be dyed opaque with our Universal Colour Pastes and transparent/translucent with our Transparent Colours.

Mixing ratio: 100 : 40 parts by weight of EP Gelcoat colourless NOVA to Hardener S
Processing time: 15 minutes
Gelling time (0.2 mm/20 °C): approx. 1.5 hours
Curing time (23 °C): 24 hours

Maximum layer thickness: 0.2 mm, otherwise runoff on vertical surfaces is possible

Consumption: approx. 0.25 kg/m²

To be applicated by brush, roller or spatula.

   The colourless EP gelcoat NOVA is based on a new formula that has been optimized with preventive health protection in mind. By eliminating potentially harmful reactive thinners, handling is safer for the processor.

Storage/shelf life:

In unopened containers at 20-25 °C 12 months.
