MD MIX Water, 2K-Epoxy, kneadable, repair compound, 56 g
Ceramic-filled two-component epoxy repair putty for fast repairs in wet environments. MD MIX Water is kneaded by hand, fills cracks, holes and damaged areas, and cures to a hard, durable material that can be machined. It is suitable for repairs on sanitary installations, swimming pools, glass, ceramics, stone, rigid PVC and many other materials. The putty can also be applied to damp surfaces and, in many applications, directly under water.
Product Description
MD MIX Water was developed for repairs where liquid adhesives are difficult to use. After kneading, the epoxy putty becomes easy to shape and can be pressed directly into the damaged area.
The ceramic-filled formulation cures to a high surface hardness of Shore D 82. Once fully cured, the repair can be drilled, sanded, filed and machined if required.
The putty adheres well to damp surfaces and is also suitable for many repairs carried out directly under water. This makes it particularly useful for swimming pools, sanitary installations, pipes and similar applications.

Processing
Cut off the required amount and knead until a uniform colour is achieved. Apply the putty directly to the prepared repair area and shape as required. After curing, the repaired area can be mechanically machined.
Note: We recommend wearing suitable nitrile gloves when handling epoxy resin products.
When is this product the right choice?
MD MIX Water is ideal whenever a fast-curing, mouldable repair material is required, especially for damp surfaces, sanitary installations and swimming pools. For large-area bonding or structural adhesive applications, conventional epoxy adhesives are generally the better choice.
