Vacuum pump P1-N
  • The image shows a close-up of a black and silver mechanical device, possibly a pump or compressor, with a green switch at the bottom and a scale indicating 1 cm. The device has a yellow nozzle and various components on top.
  • A white and black rectangular device with a gauge and valve on top, and a scale indicating 1 cm for size reference.
  • The image shows a close-up of a mechanical device, possibly a pump or compressor. It has a black and silver color scheme with a vented front panel. There is a control knob and a gauge on top.
  • The image shows a lab equipment labeled 'LABOPORT' with a gauge and connectors on top.
  • The image shows a close-up of an electrical device's back with a power cable plugged in. A European-style plug is visible.
  • The image shows two carbon fiber pieces with different color patterns, along with a workbench setup. The pieces have checker patterns, one with black and white, the other with black and red. Below, there is a workbench with tools and materials, including a glue gun, a control box, and hoses connected to two rectangular molds. The setup appears to be for a manufacturing or crafting process.
The image shows a compact, rectangular vacuum pump with a gauge and switch. It has a black front grille and a green power button.

max. 6 l/min./0.850 bar vacuum, for smaller parts

Vacuum pump P1-N

Diaphragm vacuum pump and compressor with integrated fine adjustment valve and vacuum gauge, as well as a silencer and a connection for hoses with an inner Ø of 6 mm (inner Ø 10 mm is optionally available as an accessory). Can also be used as a compressor, provided that no more than max. 2.4 bar overpressure is required.

Suitable as a laboratory pump, as well as for the production of smaller components in a vacuum process, for example, for ship, aircraft, and car models.
The vacuum pump P1-N is often used in floor model-making for the construction of styro/veneer wings in sandwich construction.
The size of the components is only limited by the suction capacity of max. 6 litres/minute at atmospheric pressure.
For bigger or larger components we recommend the pumps P2-N and P3, for very large components the rotary vane pump VT 4.10 (item no. 3901031-DS).

  • One-year warranty (from purchase, except worn parts)
  • High performance and excellent durability by means of a stress-optimized structural diaphragm
  • High performance despite the most compact dimensions
  • Very quiet and vibration-free
  • Good compatibility with steam and condensation
  • Cool running motor, even when in continuous operation (> 8000 h)
  • With thermal switch and mains fuse
  • Simple to operate, maintenance-free

Performance ranges:
Max. capacity at atm. pressure:
6 litre/min (0.36 m³/h)
Max. vacuum:
0.85 bar (compressive force = 8500 kg/m²)
Max. operating pressure:
2.4 bar

Technical data:
Max. permitted gas and ambient temperature:
from + 5 to + 40 °C
Motor: 220 V/50 Hz
Protection type: IP 20
Motor output: 65 W
Current consumption: 0.63 A
Noise level: 58 dB(A)
Weight: 1.9 kg

Please note:
The pump should be operated at workplaces with increased "dirt" (where planing, sanding or painting is carried out, etc.) with an air filter (e.g. the universal filter, art. no. 3901081) in the suction line, as these sucked-in foreign bodies cause the membrane to no longer seal properly and thus reduce the suction power.

Integrated connection for R&G pump hose Ø 6 mm (order no. 390 110-X)
Pump incl. removable power cable.
