2K Kneadable Silicone for precise moulding
2K-Kneadable Silicone Rapid, is an addition-curing two-component kneadable silicone with a 1:1 mixing ratio and a final hardness of approx. Shore A 45. The material enables precise, highly detailed impressions with excellent dimensional stability and low shrinkage.
Its smooth kneadable consistency ensures easy processing. The silicone is non-sticky, boil-resistant, heat-resistant (>200 °C), and physiologically harmless. Typical applications include dental technology, jewelry molding, as well as model and mold making.

Processing
Thoroughly knead components A and B in a 1:1 ratio for approx. 45 seconds until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Then press the object into the material.
Working time: approx. 1.5 minutes
Curing time: approx. 5 minutes
Notes:
- Use NBR gloves only, do not use latex gloves
- Higher temperatures reduce the working time
