Product Description
Heat Deflection Temperature: up to 120 °C
Our matte carbon fiber sheets are manufactured by compression molding using high-temperature carbon fiber prepregs with a transparent epoxy resin matrix. This process produces highly compact and homogeneous laminate structures with outstanding mechanical properties.
The sheets offer an excellent strength-to-weight ratio, combining high stiffness and strength with low weight. They are ideally suited for demanding applications in model making, mechanical engineering, automotive construction, motorsport, aerospace, robotics, and other technical or decorative applications.
The matte surface provides a premium, non-reflective appearance while showcasing the characteristic carbon fiber weave. The uniform fiber architecture ensures both superior technical performance and an exceptionally high-quality finish.
Construction
- Outer layers: carbon fiber fabric prepreg, 200 g/m², twill weave
- Core layers: unidirectional carbon prepreg (0°/90°)
- Transparent epoxy resin matrix
- High-compaction laminate structure for maximum strength and dimensional stability
