Carbon fibre sheets mat (300 x 200 mm)

The Carbon fibre plates mat are made out of HT carbon fibre prepregs with a transparent epoxy resin matrix in press moulding. They are high-strength and visually and technically perfect.

Processing:
Carbon fiber sheets can be machined, i.e. milled, sawn, drilled and water jet cut. Bonding with epoxy resins, MMA adhesives, cyanoacrylates (instant adhesives).

Before being used outdoors, the Carbon fibre plates must be coated with a UV varnish, as they turn slightly yellow when exposed to sunlight.

Construction:
2 top layers carbon prepreg 200 g/m², twill weave, and the corresponding number of core plies made of carbon unidirectional prepreg 0 °/90 °.

Tolerances:
Length and width: ± 0.15 mm
Thickness: ± 2 mm
Various thicknesses are available.
