The new rapid adhesives in the EVO series are characterized by significantly faster hand strength, even with basic substrates such as wood or leather, higher strength and higher temperature resistance.

The Instant adhesive EVO 3 is a low-blooming and low-odor cyanoacrylate adhesive. It will highly polymerize with moisture in the air for a fast cure and meet the highest industrial standards.

Viscosity (25 °C): approx. 1100 - 1500 mPa.s
Hand strength: approx. 5 - 30 seconds
Temperature resistance: -40 °C to +100 °C 
Gap filling capacity: 0.30 mm

Application:
Formulated for the assembly of a variety of plastic, metal and rubbers. It is specially formulated for the assembly of difficult-to-bond materials and it is particularly suited for bonding porous or absorbent materials such as wood, paper, leather and fabric.

The Instant adhesive is used in demanding applications where very good performance characteristics are required. They include resistance to most types of environmental exposures, moderate heat, aging and many different chemicals

Storage and shelf life:
Our superglue can be stored in a cool and dark place for about 1 year (for example in the refrigerator at + 5 °C).
At room temperature about 6 months. At temperatures above 20 °C the shelf life is further reduced (e. g. in the summer months)
