Interglas 92125 is a high-quality fiberglass fabric with an areal weight of 280 g/m², manufactured to meet the demanding requirements of the aerospace industry. The twill weave provides excellent conformity to contours and curved surfaces, enabling the production of high-strength composite components with outstanding mechanical properties.
Thanks to its uniform weave structure, excellent resin wet-out characteristics, and high transparency, this fabric is suitable for both structural applications and high-quality cosmetic laminates. The 127 cm width offers additional processing advantages, particularly for larger components.

Suitable Resin Systems
This fiberglass fabric can be processed with epoxy, polyester, and vinyl ester resin systems.
For highly loaded structural components and applications in aerospace, automotive engineering, and model construction, epoxy resins are recommended.

Advantages of the 127 cm Width
The 127 cm width allows many components to be manufactured with fewer, or in some cases no, fabric joints at all. Engine hoods, body panels, boat components, aircraft parts, and moulds can often be laminated in a single piece.
Fewer overlaps result in lower material consumption, reduced waste, and less cutting and laminating effort. At the same time, potential weak points and visible transition lines within the laminate structure are minimized.
For large-area components, the 127 cm width therefore represents both an economical and technically advantageous solution.
Technical Notes
Suitability for Cosmetic Laminates
The uniform twill weave provides an attractive surface appearance and high laminate transparency, making the fabric suitable for visually demanding applications.
Comparison with Plain Weave Fabrics
Compared with equivalent plain weave fabrics, the twill weave offers superior drapeability and conforms more easily to curved surfaces and complex component geometries.
