PARTALL® Coverall Film forms a continuous, water-soluble release film for epoxy, polyester and vinyl ester resins. Even on edges, corners and highly contoured surfaces, the film remains intact to ensure reliable release. After demoulding, it can be removed easily with water.

PARTALL® Coverall Film is a film-forming release agent based on polyvinyl alcohol (PVA). Unlike many comparable products, the film does not pull away from edges or curved surfaces during drying, providing uniform coverage across the entire mould surface. This makes it particularly suitable for moulds with complex geometries.

The ready-to-use release film is suitable for epoxy, polyester and vinyl ester resins. After demoulding, it can simply be washed off with water and reapplied for the next moulding cycle.

Application

PARTALL® Coverall Film is supplied ready to use and must not be diluted. Apply a uniform coat using a spray gun, brush or sponge. After drying, a continuous release film is formed.

For silicone moulds, the combination with Semiperm™ Monofilm is recommended. First apply Semiperm™ Monofilm and allow it to flash off. Then apply PARTALL® Coverall Film. Together they form a reliable barrier layer, enabling epoxy resin casting while significantly extending the service life of the silicone mould.

After demoulding, the PVA film can be washed off easily with water and should be reapplied before each subsequent moulding process.
