PARTALL® Coverall film PVA, 0.95 l

PARTALL® Coverall film is a film-forming, water-based polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) release agent. It does not contract and so its thickness remains unchanged at corners and on curved surfaces. It is highly biodegradable and not a hazardous substance under the prevailing work safety and transport regulations.

Suitable for epoxy and polyester resins. Coloured violet for better processing.

Processing:
PARTALL® Coverall Film is supplied ready for use and should not be diluted. It is to be applied by means of a spray gun or a brush/sponge. Further processing information in the technical datasheet

PARTALL® Coverall Film is suitable in combination with release agent Semiperm™ Monofilm as a safe release agent for silicone moulds. This combination provides a barrier layer so that casting with epoxy resins is also possible without any problems. The service life (durability) of the moulds is significantly extended.

The release agent Semiperm™ Monofilm is applied with a brush. After flash-off, an application of PARTALL® Coverall Film PVA is made, also with a brush or sponge. The PARTALL® Coverall Film PVA transfers to the casting are washed off with water after demolding and reapplied before each impression.
