6 L stainless steel vacuum chamber – for degassing epoxy resins, silicones and casting compounds
The 6-liter vacuum chamber is designed for the efficient degassing of liquids by removing entrapped air bubbles before further processing. It is ideally suited for epoxy resins, silicones, two-component adhesives, casting resins, coatings, and many other low- to medium-viscosity materials.
When connected to a vacuum pump, a vacuum is created inside the sealed chamber. The trapped air expands under reduced pressure, rises to the surface and escapes from the material. This results in a homogeneous, bubble-free mixture, improving both the surface finish and the mechanical properties of the finished part.
The chamber is manufactured from 201 stainless steel and provides a 6-liter capacity, making it suitable for a wide range of applications in composite manufacturing, mould making, model making, laboratories and workshops.
