Spiral hose for venting and resin feed in vacuum infusion

The spiral hose made of polyethylene (PE) is used in the vacuum infusion process for reliable venting and controlled resin feed. Its spiral structure ensures an even air and resin flow under vacuum and supports safe and efficient laminate production.

The hose is fixed on the mold side using vacuum sealing tape and then connected with short pieces of pump hose. For more complex setups, the spiral hose can optionally be combined with T-connectors or Y-connectors.

Ideally suited for applications in composite manufacturing, model making, boat building, CFRP and GRP laminations, as well as industrial infusion processes.
