Divinycell® H60 Grid Scored + Grooved (Q200) features a grid-scored rigid foam sheet (GS30) with a groove running in one direction on both sides as a flow aid replacement. Where the two grooves intersect, a perforation is created that allows resin to flow to both sides of the core.
Divinycell® H60 Grid Scored + Grooved (Q200) facilitates vacuum-assisted resin transfer in curved moulds – reliably, quickly and robustly.
A lightweight glass fibre fabric is used on the opposite side of the grooves to reinforce the panel.

Divinycell® H has a proven track record in virtually every application area where sandwich composites are employed, including the marine (leisure, military and commercial), land transportation, wind energy, civil engineering/infrastructure and general industrial markets.
Processing:
Continuous operating temperature is typically -200 ºC to +70 ºC. The foam can be used in sandwich structures, for outdoor exposure, with external skin temperatures up to +85 ºC.
Maximum processing temperature is dependent on time, pressure and process conditions.
